– Some B/D-Series engines include timing belt post mounts that may not line up during engine swaps.
In these instances, you will need a ’99-00 Civic Si(R) post mount(timing belt mount). This is true because most B-Series swaps are from Integras which have a different mount at this point. However, the stock CR-V post mount bracket is nearly identical to the Si(R) and can be reused as well. For a replacement of this part see:
